ATP is best taken on an empty stomach, thirty minutes before eating. However, Peak Endurance can enhance blood flow, an, therefore, it can assist with nutrient delivery.
Several human and animal studies indicate that cardiovascular, circulatory and vascular system benefits are realised almost immediately. Noticing significant increases in performance results, however, may take up to several weeks of consistent use. PEAK ATP®’s effects are best mediated through chronic supplementation; however, acute effects do exist as well.
